Business Philosophy
I believe that people have much greater potential than they typically demonstrate in their work. This represents untapped creativity and productivity, potential that can stimulate a business to achieve great things.
I believe that business needs to recognize that people are more than their job; and to ignite them, you need to respect their entire being. To contribute to the business fully, they need to take care of their own health and wellbeing and that of their family’s.
I believe that when business taps the creative potential of an employee fully engaged, possibilities are limitless. And, I believe I can contribute to this magic happening.
I believe that today’s world requires that we grow by design and not by simply reapplying the past knowledge that we and others have gained with experience.
I believe in the balance of discipline and divergence and being whole-brained in business.
I choose to only work with business partners who have integrity.
