Last night I spoke to a group of women entrepreneurs on a culture of innovation. I shared a bit on Framing, one of my favorite parts of design thinking. How you frame something or look at it makes all the difference in the world in terms of what opportunities you see.
Recently when I was reflecting on the word “impossible”. It is quickly used by people dismissing a new idea or a stretching goal. In reality, it is all how you frame even this word. Most people just see it as it is commonly written.
I prefer another frame on it…
